Tailored Bird Proofing for Modern Pune High-Rise Apartments
Apartment living in Pune’s mega-townships (such as in Wakad, Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Baner, and Magarpatta) has distinct challenges. The higher your flat is, the greater the wind pressure, and the more attractive your balcony or AC ledge looks to flocks of pigeons seeking shelter from rain, birds of prey, and ground predators.
At Morya Bird Netting Services, led by Someshwar Dongre, we have bird-proofed over 4,500 apartments across Pune. We understand society management committee regulations, architectural guidelines, and the unique geometry of dry balconies, French windows, and AC compressor niches.
